AP to Supreme Court: Foreign Detainees should be given Access to US Courts

So much for objectivity. AP thinks their role, rather than reporting facts and letting the people decide, is synonymous with the ACLU's. Why?

(AP)... "The AP has been fighting the detention of photographer Bilal Hussein, who has been held by the U.S. military without charges for 22 months. He waited 20 months before his first hearing in an Iraqi court."

Actually charges have been brought against him(and AP knows this), he has a history of spreading anti-American propoganda photos featuring insurgents, and he was found with Al Qaeda people and a huge cache of weapons.
