Lawsuits Challenge CA Campaign Finance Laws

UPDATE:WND has more details on the lawsuit.

UPDATE: LA Times falsley reports that they want to "overturn state campaign finance laws." As I explain below, they only want it modified.

UPDATE: ACLU and The First Amendment Coalition have both attacked this lawsuit which defends the first amendment. Ironic.

Prop-8 proponents challenged the constitutionality of California's campaign finance laws which require full disclosure of people who contribute to political campaigns. Obviously, the laws are unconstitutional. People have seen blacklists, vandalism, violence, and harassment of proposition-8 supporters, which I have detailed on this blog, all because they participated in politics. See here for some examples.

Only the Sacramento Bee has reported these lawsuits, in a short report. More updates to come.
