NYT: Disclosure Laws 'Undermine Democratic Values'

The New York Times reports that gay activists, like the website Eightmaps.com, use political disclosure laws to intimidate voters. While noting that the authors of this website maintain anonymity themselves, NYT concludes that this shows these laws "may be undermining the same democratic values that the regulations were to promote."

While the NYT deserves credit for reporting this truth which is so unpopular among the liberal media, they fail to mention that the corrupt California courts have struck down a lawsuit against the disclosure laws from the victims. Nor do they explore some of the worst voter intimidation that has happened.
