AP Spins Glen Beck's Words: Beck 'Called Obama Racist'

Fox's Glenn Beck says he believes Obama is racist

AP ignores the context. Glenn Beck brought up Obama's racist pastor Jeremiah Wright, saying "You can't sit in a pew with Jeremiah Wright for 20 years and not have some of that wash over." AP doesn't report this.

Beck also brings up Obama's new green job czar who is a black nationalist and communist. Beck says, "How many people with this kind of a philosophy do you need to have in your life before we start to say 'show me your friends and we'll show you your future?" AP ignores.

AP attempts to show a big contradiction in Glen Beck's words with two snippets of quotes: "[Obama has] a deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture." And "I'm not saying he doesn't like white people."

Here's the entire quote: "This president I think has exposed himself as a guy over and over and over again who has a deep seated hatred for white people, or white culture. I don't know what it is."

Glen Beck goes on to say this is about "political correctness."

The Associated Press spins Glen Becks comments as race-baiting. But that's not the case at all. Take a look:

Why does AP feel compelled to make some radio host's comments a top headline anyway??
