Associated Press Jaw-Dropper: Obama Was Aggressive On Oil Spill Response

Can anyone possibly be fooled by this?

Obama oil response: aggressive as crisis unfolded

...The Gulf region, ravaged five years earlier by Hurricane Katrina, was on the verge of a second ecological disaster. Would there be a repeat of the bureaucratic bungling that marked President George W. Bush’s response to the hurricane?

While the Obama administration has faced second-guessing about the speed and effectiveness of some of its actions, a narrative pieced together by The Associated Press, based on documents, interviews and public statements, shows little resemblance to Katrina in either the characterization of the threat or the federal government’s response.

The narrative fails to address many key points. First, Obama didn't say anything after people died from the explosion. AP seems to think this doesn't matter but I do. Obama's was too busy yucking it up with his comedy routine at a media-enriched State dinner.

Obama had just infamously called for more drilling off-shore, which AP totally ignores. This is the reason why it took Obama weeks to say anything.

AP claims Obama worked behind the scenes. Even this argument is weak. It's evident throughout AP's alleged pieced together timeline that little was done. No mention that Obama's Interior Chief Tom Strickland went river rafting while the oil disaster spread.

No mention that the DNC exploited the tragedy to raise funds to 'hold BP accountable. No mention that Obama is BP's highest bribed politician. Even has admitted Obama's oil connections and lies.

History has been rewritten.
