Court Overthrows Michigan Law Banning Racist College Admissions

Michigan voters decided that colleges with racist admission policies, such as the University of Michigan, may no longer determine their admissions by race or gender. The corrupt 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overthrew the law. Detroit attorney George Washington cheered the decision: "Affirmative action is back on the agenda."

African-American R. Guy Cole Jr. was appointed by Bill Clinton so it's no surprise that he led this decision. The other judge to approve this was another Clinton appointee, Martha Craig Daughtry. Ronald Reagan appointee Julia Gibbons was the lone dissenter to this outrageous court decision.
